The panels for hanging up the posters are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. The panels are available from August 13 (Monday 13:30) to the afternoon of August 17 (Friday, 16:00). Authors are requested to leave their posters exhibited during the whole conference. All materials necessary to hang up the posters will be provided at the LOC reception desk in the Poster hall

At the request from some of the authors, the Secretariat of the LOC has found a company to help print the posters. In order to avoid any mistakes, the author should prepare a file and check all the contents and formats of the file before sending to the LOC. The deadline of the file sent through email is August 5, 2007. The LOC will proofread the file before printing out. For each panel, it costs $30, preferably paid by cash at the on-site registration desk or credit card before the printing out. The poster with invoice will be provided at the on-site registration desk.
